Location
AVX takes place in the Ksawery Komputery studio – a 400+ square meter workspace dedicated to projects at the intersection of audiovisual art and technology. The studio operates as a workspace, laboratory, and prototyping space where installations, custom tools, and experimental approaches to image and sound are developed. In the context of the festival, it becomes a site for presentation, testing, and direct encounters between the creative process and the audience.
Address: XVY Studio (Ksawery Komputery), Gdynia, Wendy 7/9

Exhibition
The AVX exhibition takes the form of a collective presentation created by Ksawery Komputery, Lumus Instruments, AUSGANG Studio, and Michał Jurgielewicz. Rather than functioning as separate works, the projects form a single cohesive organism—spatially, visually, and sonically interconnected. The exhibition is built around relationships between light, sound, and structure, emphasizing process, collaboration, and continuous exchange between the elements of the installation.
Exhibition hours:
31.01.2026 | 10:00–13:00, 16:00–20:00
01.02.2026 | 10:00–15:00, 17:00–20:00
Talks
Lumus Instruments (NL)
Sunday 01.02.2026, 15:00
"There is no dead matter, only lazy observers". Timo Lejeune talks about Lumus' inspirations and methods for creating embodied digital installations.
An Amsterdam-based multidisciplinary studio working with light, sound, and structure through installation art and scenography. Led by Timo Lejeune and Julius Oosting, the studio combines backgrounds in design, architecture, and engineering. Lumus focuses on the physical manifestation of computational technology, creating precise instruments that shape perception, presence, and the experience of the present moment.
AUSGANG Studio (SK)
Saturday 31.01.2026, 13:00
A creative duo formed by Alex Zelina and Radovan Dranga, working at the intersection of digital art, installation, sound, and performance. Their practice focuses on the tensions between physical and virtual realities, technological development, ecology, and the social consequences of digitalization. Through interdisciplinary strategies, AUSGANG creates immersive environments in which space, time, and narrative are transformed. Their work explores virtualization as a real experience, raising questions about identity, memory, and future forms of existence.
In the talk “Dark Organic Technology”, AUSGANG Studio will navigate viewers through dystopian visions of future life, challenging perceptions of reality and the role of technology in the contemporary world, while constructing new spatial environments where even sweat drips from the ceiling.
Michał Jurgielewicz (PL)
Saturday 31.01.2026, 14:00
A designer, artist, and creative director working between Katowice, Berlin, and Bangkok. His practice combines architecture, media, and performance, resulting in spatial, visual, and digital projects for cultural institutions, festivals, and artistic initiatives worldwide. His work focuses on speculative environments and hybrid narratives, developed through scenography, live audiovisual performance, generative systems, and digital tools. Alongside his artistic practice, he is also engaged in education, developing methods of worldbuilding and narrative practice.
Michał will present his project OFFSHORE, an audiovisual meditation on the ghosts and ruins of the digital age – a lecture-performance that maps the haunting presence of techno-utopian narratives in everyday life, revealing a world that extends beyond the limits of human perception.
Workshops
Ksawery Komputery – Light installations (PL)
Saturday 31.01 (16:00–20:00)
Ksawery Komputery is an art and technology studio working at the intersection of audiovisual art, creative coding, and interactive installations. The team develops proprietary visual and sound systems, delivering projects for exhibition spaces, public realms, and performative contexts. The studio’s practice is based on experimentation, real-time technologies, and the design of tools as an integral part of the creative process.
During the workshop, participants will explore different lighting media used in the studio’s practice, including LED strips, LED panels, and OLED screens, as well as how they are applied in interactive and spatial installations. In the practical part, participants will be able to program interactive lighting, design a simple installation, experiment with camera-based input, or create a visual system that reacts to sound in real time. The workshop will be conducted using the studio’s custom software, developed specifically for running interactive and audio-reactive installations in exhibition and performance environments.
No programming experience is required. A Mac computer is required (the studio provides a limited number of workstations on site).

Piotr Ceglarek – Vibe Coding — Audiovisual Workshop (PL)
Saturday 31.01 (9:00–12:00) + Sunday 01.02 (10:00–13:00)
Piotr Ceglarek is a new media artist and creative coder working with sound, image, and generative systems. He creates interactive installations and code-based live performances, focusing on the relationships between algorithms, perception, and audiovisual structure. His practice spans both autonomous artistic works and performative actions developed in real time.
Piotr will run a workshop based on the concept of vibe coding introduced by Andrej Karpathy, focusing on flow, experimentation, and dialogue with AI rather than code syntax. Participants work iteratively — from intention to prototype and refinement. The goal is to create an audiovisual performance or installation using Processing, p5.js or Pure Data, combined with laser systems (ILDA) and AI-assisted workflows.
Tools: AI models (e.g. GPT-4, Claude), Processing, p5.js, Pure Data, laser (ILDA)
Requirements: no programming experience required; sound and visual sensitivity recommended
Seats: 15 Sign up
Concerts
Each concert will feature an immersive, audio-reactive visual environment generated in real time from the sound.
Holotrigger – Live AV Performance
Saturday 31.01.2026, 21:00
Holotrigger is an audiovisual duo formed by Ksawery Kirklewski and Jacek Prościński. The project operates at the intersection of electronic music, generative visuals, and live performance, relying on custom-built sound and visual systems functioning in real time. Holotrigger treats performance as a cohesive audiovisual organism in which rhythm, light, and structure remain in continuous interaction.
Randomorb – Ωhmmm – Live AV Performance
Friday 30.01.2026, 21:00
Arkadiusz Krupiński is a sound artist working with process and open structures. He combines sound with movement and image, employing generative techniques and modular systems, often in non-standard configurations. The project emerges from an installation-based practice at Ksawery Komputery, shaped by experience with audiovisual systems and context-adapted material.
XCES – VR/AV Performance
Friday 30.01.2026, 20:00
A project of composer and performer tOmO, XCES VR focuses on creating sonically aggressive and emotionally intense post-genre music. It is an improvised solo performance using MIDI controllers in virtual reality that begins from zero, with a large set of digital instruments and effects divided into two groups: chaos and order. Using these tools, tOmO sculpts bleak atmospheres, assaults the listener with piercing digital glitches, and commands an uncompromising machinery of drums and bass lines, before culminating in a monolithic wall of harsh noise.
